Kids

As a courtesy to all guests and for the safety of your children; Children (12 years & under) are not permitted to accompany parents to the salon.

Late Arrivals

Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations and no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
